Lee Knull has been an appraiser with Caruso Danielson since 2010. Since then he has acquired significant experience on a wide range of appraisal assignments including office, retail, industrial, institutional, agricultural, multi-family residential, motels, mobile home parks, self-storage facilities, subdivisions, condominiums, proposed developments and purpose built facilities for the purposes of financing, litigation, accounting, feasibility studies, marketability studies, insurance and lease renewals. Prior to starting his career as an appraiser, he held the position of a commercial banking account manager with the Bank of Montreal and Royal Bank of Canada, and as such brings with him a thorough understanding of financial analysis and commercial lending for business and real estate. Lee is known for his attention to detail, quality research and ability to deal professionally with clients while meeting deadlines and managing multiple projects.

Steve Danielson has been an appraiser with Caruso Danielson since 2007. His attention to detail, focus on quality and professionalism started in 1992 as an engineering consultant. After 12 years managing construction projects, administering contracts, cost estimating, conducting field inspections and depreciation reports he decided to move to the Okanagan and shortly thereafter realized that his skill set could bring value to the appraisal profession. Since then Steve has earned a reputation for attentiveness, depth of research and analytical thinking that are regularly sought by clients needing appraisal and consulting services on property types including commercial, industrial, subdivision, multiple family and institutional. He regularly provides services for use in litigation support. Steve has also started the educational process to obtain a Senior Right of Way designation to broaden and enhance his real estate consulting skills and expand the professional services he offers.
